Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Awash River- Natural Processed
Ethiopia has long been considered one of the top coffee producers in the world. This coffee comes as a natural processed coffee. Natural processed coffee beans are picked and dried on raised beds right after picking. The skin and pulp are then left for 12-15 days to impart additional flavors into the beans as they dry.
We have tried this bean and have been very pleased that it brews a clean cup with very smooth flavors such as above.
